I received my swing but with a missing canopy. Once I contacted Bestmart INC, they didn't hesitate to send one to me. And received it a week later. The installation of the swing was quick and easy, even a girl could do it. Not terrible quality for the price. Bang for you buck!
Nice swing for the price, not very heavy and the wind will blow it over. I weigh 225 and the wife 125 we fit perfect on the swing, easy to assemble. Quick delivery.

Received quickly and if swing holds up (3 - 5 years), will be a really good product... must be due to it's being from Georgia. Took me a little while to assemble (1 - 2 hours)... but, I'm a 74 grandmother with no one to help hold, etc. Only possible problem someone may encouter is the diagram which appeared made for another version of swing on how to install arms, but I soon figured out by process of elimination.
