you need two people to assemble the main sofa because of the curve. my husband and a friend of ours helped with that. i assembled the center table and canopy. those 2 are fairly easy. took me less than 30 minutes. the other small sofa dont need assembly, you just need to attach the feet which is just a matter of screwing.
it comes in 3 big boxes labeled with 1/3, 2/3, 3/3..read instructions on the box before opening...
we like the tool kit box and how the screws, washers, spacers, etc are packaged neatly..we like the extra tool that comes with it too (see pic below of the kit box, the tool is on top).. we had to buy washers because for some reason we lost 8, probably our fault ...
attaching the canopy to the main sofa needs 2 people, atleast for the 1 side. when the one side is attached, 1 person can finish the ofher side.
tip 1: before you attach the canopy, make sure you put the fabric in correctly, the Q & R rods should be inside the canopy not outside.
tip 2: when attaching the canopy, make sure the ends of the rods are inside the sofa, not outside, otherwise the extender would hit the rattan when you fold canopy.
tip 3: buy the Keter cool bar rattan style outdoor table/cooler. it fits the center and it matches this daybed
tip 4: buy the cover suggested by amazon, helped us with bird poop!

....So be prepared to assemble. It isn't fast. Not hard, but lots of screws. Instructions are okay, but common sense will get you through it. Basically everything has to be put together. And as mentioned by another reviewer, you'll be short 8 washers. No be deal. I had some laying around. The quality once put together is pretty darn good. This isn't a 5 star resort daybed, but very sturdy. Cushions are good. Smaller sized bed, but that's what we needed. I ordered a round 70 patio table cover ($24 bucks on Amazon), which fits tight but will work and won't blow off. Cushion color is light tan so you'll want to keep it clean with a cover.
I am so glad that Suncrown included supplemental instructions for this! Otherwise it would have been a nightmare to put together! Comfortable and very nice!
Good customer service. Wicker was broken during shopping but company offered to make it right by sending out replacement parts.
A little harder to put together than I'd like but I don't like putting things together.... :-)

Awesome set, a bit tricky when installing the canopy (had the poles in wrong sequence) but after reversing my mistake the set is awesome and gets a ton of use. It's our favorite place to lounge and watch the sunset. We plan to purchase a second for the other side of our pool deck soon. Only recommendation would be to have a few cup holders and perhaps an option to secure all pieces using a quick release option much like a sectional sofa.

I would've liked the zippers on the cushions to be hidden. Instead it's on the front side of the lounger and clearly visible. Assembly wasn't too bad, it took roughly 40 minutes to put the whole thing together. I would suggest storing cushions and pillows if you know it's going to rain because they do absorb water and take forever to dry out. They are definitely not waterproof. The cushions are thick and comfortable.
Great set. A little smaller than I thought but we love it. The set up was not hard, took about 1.5 hours.
While I had some difficulty with assembly, the support staff at Suncrown were engaging and very helpful.
My husband opted to put together on his own, although he did let me put the pillows on! He said it was fairly easy to put together although a vice grip was needed to help put some screws in. It’s comfy! Perfect for lounging in the backyard. Picked up some colorful pillows ($5 Walmart) to add a little pop!
If it were on the basis of comfort, it would get a 4-star rating. For looks though, it is outstanding.
That said, the advice to assemble it as a team of two, is not "for show": it took me 3 hours to put it together, & I still didn't get one of the screws at the base of one of the quadrants all the way in. It was too cold to be messing with it so I MIGHT re-do later.
