I was really worried about these when the boxes came and I realized the cushions had the air sucked out and were rolled. They came to shape very quickly through, and the quality of the cover is outstanding! Both the material used and the construction! The other thing I was happy with is that they are the measurements they claim to be. I used three sets for my outdoor swing and they wouldn't have fit correctly if they weren't. My swing looks so beautiful and we use it all the time. At the end of the summer, I will comment on how they are holding up.
To put the cushion in the cover, make sure you can read the “A”s— that they are going in the cover straight up and down, not sideways. I did it wrong the first time.
Love these cushions. Super comfy. The covers are high quality too. I bought extra covers and put my old skimpy cushions inside and am using them for a back cushion on these chairs.

Used it for patio
I bought this rectangle-seat foam cushion for my parents, who have a nice outside swing with an uncomfortable metal seat. Although I thought the 21-inch (W) x 19-inch (D) x 3-inch (H) measurements would hang over the seat of the swing, it turned out to fit perfect. My dad easily hooked the straps of the cushion to the bars of the swing, and it now sits securely in the middle of the seat of the swing. If they wanted to, my parents could slide the cushion down to the edge of the seat and purchase another cushion so that they had two of them on their standard-sized swing.
The well-stitched cover of the cushion seems very durable and slips pretty easily over the cushion and then zips up. It feels very soft when you sit on it, but not so soft that it has an overly fluffy feel. When sitting on this cushion, you definitely feel higher up upon whatever surface you have it on. I’d say the cushion has an all-sizes fit so that most anyone can use it. It’s also great that it’s water-resistant and easy to clean.
It remains to be seen how well the cover of the cushion stands up to outdoor elements, but my guess is that it will hold up well for a long time since it was made to be weather-resistant. My dad expressed concern that the straps that hold the cushion to the bars of the swing may eventually fray after repeated use, so we’ll have to keep an eye on them.
Needless to say, this outdoor foam cushion made my parents’ swing MUCH more comfortable to sit in.
I'm really glad to have discovered this line of chair cushions. I've had a beautiful old metal lawn chair in my yard sitting there for years without a cushion because I couldn't find one that didn't cost a fortune and that fit perfectly but when I went to outdoor-furniture places and looked at the prices on these cushions I had wicked sticker shock.
This cushion from Ravenna is perfect--it fits the chair beautifully and is very well made. While the cover is not waterproof, only water resistant, I accidentally sprayed it with the hose and it wiped dry in seconds. While the cushion is only three-inches thick which is about an inch thinner than I'd like, it's very comfortable and offers a lot of support. There is a metal framework under the cushion on my chair and I can't feel it at all. I actually got two cushions, one slightly larger, that I'm using for the back of the chair. It's so nice to be sitting in my chair again instead of staring at it and feeling guilty that I haven't rescued it yet!
Also, the click-to-close straps make it possible to keep the cushion attached and they keep them secure on windy days, but unclipping them just takes a second.
