We bought this for my 6-year-old autistic son for some occupational therapy at home. We had a handyman attach it to a ceiling beam using a ceiling hook thing, a chain, and two spinning carabiner clip things (hardware is not included). First of all, my son loves it and swings on it several times a week. He also loves spinning us while we sit in it. It's actually a really comfortable seat and I sometimes prefer to sit in it rather than the couch. At 5' 3", the back of the seat can reach above my head, fully supporting my head and neck, so I can recline back very comfortably. It does not do that for my 6' 2" husband, but my 5' 8" (I think?) brother-in-law was also able to recline (and fought the children for the seat =). It seems like a quality product that will last a long time.
The hammock is very sturdy and very comfortable. The fabric stretches enough for comfort but is strong enough for worry free enjoyment. Anchor it into the ceiling or overhead beam and you're ready to relax. I am 6'1" and fit in the chair comfortably. Anyone shorter than that will also be very comfortable. I don't know about someone taller, maybe okay just not sure.
LOVE this hammock chair! Went on vacation to San Diego, and the hotel had these by the pool. I spent many early mornings and late evenings relaxing, reading, soaking up the sun in them. It's like a hug to lay in and wasn't difficult to get in or out of (pay attention to hanging directions and how far off the ground it should be). Loved it so much, I asked the hotel staff for where they got it, and they happily passed that info on to me. It was one of the first items I purchased for my new home! Slightly more khaki in person than in stock photo.
LOVE it. So comfy, I sleep in it, read in it, listen to audio books, etc. Good price and construction. Every one in our family has one. Also eco friendly as far as furniture goes. Can be washed if needed.
Bought for my 13 year old son for his room. My entire family absolutely LOVES it....it is beyond comfortable. So relaxing you are able to nap in it! I would DEFINITLY recommend!

I bought one of these chairs and liked it so much that I bought another.
This is a high quality product
If everyone owned one of these, there would be no war
have yet to hang it but it looks great sitting in the corner of my room!! Can't wait to use it!
I actually have this hanging in my living room. I live in an apartment with high ceilings and wood beams, and have it hanging from one of the beams. It grabs peoples attention as soon as they walk in the room and everyone always wants to try it out. It's very comfortable, durable, and looks great. Very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be buying more LA SIESTA hammocks in the future!
