RETURN & REFUND
1.If you receive a broken product or quality issues, please conatact with us within 7 days since the receipt of goods, after this period, we don\'t accept product broken or quality issues appeal.
2.If you receive a broken cast iron craft, please contact with us first, once it is ture, we will resend for you.
3.Because furniture always have large packing size, returning or resending is very difficult, but it is easy to fix by replacement, if you receive a broken furniture, we only supply replacement and tools for fixing. Don\'t accept return and refund.
4.If you don\'t want the goods anymore, and insist on return, please send back to our Chinese address with freight paid.
-For free shipping order, 50% payment refund. ( another 50% payment will be for your sending out part freight)
-For paying freight order, no freight refund, only product cost refund.
