Well packaged. It arrived with an intact box. Instructions were minimum but after some trial and error we got it together. Really easy assemble but the drawing of the pieces did not exactly match the actual parts.

Very sturdy for my hammock swing. Need two people to assemble the heavy pieces. As described.
Strong and easy to put together. It does creak and make a lot of noise and it makes me worry that it will break suddenly or something. That hasn’t happened yet and so far I am happy with it. It’s big enough for the swing to travel 360 degrees so that is awesome.

I am surprised that it is doing what was said about it. I am a heavy person and I am amazed at how it holds me I can swing and bounce on my chair and the best part about it is that It doesn't even squeak.
