My backyard is mosquito hell! The situation renders the backyard barely usable. None of my guests can take it for more than 10 minutes - the bloodsuckers eat us all alive! Well, this nifty screen has brought socializing back to my backyard. It is extremely effective. No bugs - not even the smallest mosquitoes will get through. Keeps out flies and bees. I know can peacefully enjoy my backyard.
Only caveat - the tube at the bottom came with holes in it. First time I filled it up with water, water was coming out from 2-3 places. I used electrical tape to seal up the holes. In the end, I just let the bottom deflate, and gather on the ground a bit. Doing so did not impact the effectiveness of the net.
Love this net enclosure. It keeps the flys away when you want to eat in peace. Most importantly mosquitos can't attack me to drink my blood. I put it over my 9ft umbrella and draped it over my double wide hammock and nothing got in to bother me. I also used it on the umbrella around my table as intended and it is large enough to touch the ground. I filled the base with water and the net did not budge even with strong gusts of wind.
The mosquito netting is huge. I bought 3. I have one over a table and two chairs, One over an outdoor lounge and side table and one over a double settee. Yes, we have mosquito's and this net allows you to enjoy the outdoors. I do have other nettings in white, but I have to say the black netting does not create the visual barrier once you are inside that white does. I also filled the tube with water to keep the net in place and love that feature. I would recomend this net to anyone. 5 stars!
This really works and is huge! The only problem is the obvious one. It's a pain in the arse to zip open and close every time you wanna go in or out. Probably my own fault because I dont care to weigh it down with water in the tube. I haven't done this for the convenience of being able to fold down my umbrella when I'm done. I am so pleased at how many bugs this keeps away when we are dining outside.
Being able to sit outside without the mosquitoes all over is great. I like the extra room at the bottom is a plus to spacious feeling.
Well I will soon be putting up this netting again. I have used it for 3 summers (May through September) and it has been great having an outdoor "room" to sit and relax in. Using it over my 9 foot offset umbrella it covers my love-seat size swing, an anti gravity lounge chair, a regular size chair and 2 or three small side tables. I attached a sturdy string to the zipper pull to make it easier to open without bending over as far to get in and out. the tubing sprung a leak by the 3rd summer but it still worked for me. I have wanted a screened in porch for years, this is a cheap substitute. I am happy with the product.

Love this but it does not last on the bottom with the water ring. had issues with the water ring from the beginning but the product is lasting through its 2nd season (summer) and I'm pleased with that. plus it keeps the umbrella from falling off the table when the wind picks up.
This is perfect for what we needed to battle mosquitos. Very pleased with the net. It made it possible for us to use our backyard/deck. Thank you
Do you make nets for Gazebos?
THIS NET GOT US THROUGH THE SUMMER. WE WERE ABLE TO SIT OUTSIDE IN PEACE AND COMFORT FROM ALL
THE BUGS AND MOSQUITOES. GREAT EATING UNDER IT AS WELL. COVERED OUR LARGE TABLE VERY WELL WITH
ROOM TO SPARE AND WE HAVE A BIG TABLE WITH 6 CHAIRS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NET.
Perfect! I thought initially it might be too large but it covers a standard patio umbrella with space for chairs. As others have mentioned, no need to fill the bottom with water, it is easier to manage w/o. Lastly, you will need several clothes pins to fasten to umbrella so that you'll have the flexibility to open and close the umbrella when not in use as the netting will slip off otherwise.
We use it over our 8 x 8 canopy, we put grommets in the water chamber so we have prolonged use throughout this and other camping seasons. Good strong zipper entrance/exit. Best buy this year.
