Used these in 2x4s in the ceiling, walls and baseboards. Have loved the flexibility of use and thoughtful simplicity of design. We have attached climbing ropes and trapeze rings to the ceiling, battle ropes in the baseboards level, and exercise bands at eye level. They have supported over 220lbs without sny sign of give. Sturdy and attractive enough to inspire more uses in our home gym. Very pleased.
