It said in the description that it could hold over 200lbs but I didn't expect to be able to sit in it with my kid. I was really surprised, the material is strong canvas, the stitching is strong, and the metal hoop that goes inside can withstand us both hanging out in there without bending. We have hooks to hang it inside and outside of the the deck so it gets dirty sometimes, and when I went to wash it (I just take the hoop out and throw it in the washer on cold and hang it to dry, I would **not** put it in the dryer) I assumed the hoop would be bent out of shape, but to my surprise it still laid flat on the ground. And when I want it out of the way, I just unhook it and put it flat against the wall in the back of the closet. It's pretty big so you need extra room to leave it up permanently. It's a nice little chill spot, big enough for a medium sized adult to curl up in.
Wow this chair-swing is HUGE, made of a nice thick canvas material, my 5 year old helped me put it together (10min job) . Super easy. Held me and my 2 smaller children also the dog's at one point. It is white (other colors would be a plus) but it seems to wipe off easily. Comes with nice thick straps and a nice heavy duty zipper. We love it, my kids love it. Very durable. Great pricing. We got pillows to throw inside and the kids watches the sun set and fell asleep inside. Easy to fold up and take on a camping trip or on an adventure.
My 4years old loves it. I was worried it can really hold her until my 16 years old daughter sit in inside. Lol really cool design. Just like a bird house. If it come with hooks will be a big plus.
I know some reviews said it wasn’t sturdy, but so far we have loved ours and have 2 kids in at a time that weigh 100lbs together and have had no issues. My son has autism and the swing calms him and is a nice place for him to lay in peace. I just throw in a big blanket and a bunch of pillows, the kids love it!!!

This is adorable! My granddaughter loves to read her books in her “tent swing”. It looks very nice and is good quality.
