On the upside, very comfortable and a great deal for the money. I ordered the blue and the color is just what you see in the pictures (I like it). On the downside, the locks that hold the recliner position in place don't truly lock in place - they're just a friction device that creeps if you're laying all the way back. Also one of the elastic cords started to fray outside of its black sheath only a few weeks after purchase, and I don't remember anything scraping it. It doesn't affect the chair, but seems awfully early for this to happen.
I order one after a month more or less that my husband, but I realized that after a few users the fabric it is slmost broken, I really do not know if is going to stay like that or if finally will broke.
The lounger chairs are WONDERFUL - the quality is great, the price reasonable, the shipping fast, the one snap on cup holder was replaced in 3 days. It was slightly damaged in shipping, but we were so excited about getting the chairs so fast, that my hubby opened the box and found the cup holder loose. I emailed customer service and received a new one in 3 days! The chairs are wonderful! They are very roomy, comfortable , and perfect for a nap in the sun! Love them!
I was slightly disappointed by the word "oversized", as I was replacing a true oversized Zero Gravity chair with this one. My bad - I should have read the dimensions. I like the extra width as the dog loves to jump up and sit and recline with us . Other than that, the chair is great. Nice, solid construction and the rolling locking mechanisms work better than the trigger-style on the chair I already had.
I bought this for my husband and he loves it. It is so comfortable to lay in (not tat he lets me in it often). You can tighten it to where you like it if you do not want to lay all the way back. It is durable and comfortable.

Bought as a gift for my parents and they love it. It was so comfortable, they were sitting on it in the living room before they brought it to the backyard.
Nicely made chair and certainly ergonomic. The one thing i don't like is that the chair is advertised as zero gravity. A true zero gravity would allow far enough recline to bring the legs over the heart, and this is not the case. Other than that, comfortable chair but not zero gravity.
