Great heavy duty springs! I used these to hang my front porch swing. These are rated at 500 lbs for the pair. I have had close to that on my swing and no issues so far. If you are hanging a swing these are a must have so the swing is not so rigid and makes it more comfortable.
Fantastic addition to my porch swing! Very sturdy and easy to attach to the eye bolts and chain. I like how they cushion the seating and (I think) take some of the strain off of the chains, etc. They are quite large, so account for the extra inches when you're planning seat height, etc.
A+ I am very happy with these springs! I bought these for a project I had. I used them on a portable outdoor swinging Futon, I've had plenty of people on this and I have no fear of them failing as far as weight load!
These were easy to install, and made a big improvement on the feel of the swing. We had the swing for several years, and didn't realize these existed - wish we had added sooner.
