This is an amazing company. I was so upset and I got a call from someone from the company apologing for the damaged item. They also let me know that they sent out a brand new hammock. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HAMMOCK!!! It’s firm and comfortable and the customer service is UNPARALLELED. Thank you guys....
I was excited when I initially saw this hammock. The 1 review it had was great. The pictures were nice, so I ordered it. I ordered in enough time for my girls wine and dine event. The package came late. 😬 Then when it finally arrived I was super excited all over again. I unboxed the item and immediately was a bit shocked. The item wasn’t white as described. It looked worn, old and forgotten. But hey it’s only a hammock so not big deal. As I began to unfold it I noticed a huge tear in the fabric 😳😱🙄 needles to say this is not a keeper.

Wanted to have my own Spa retreat. Willows Resort and Spa has a swing very similar but costs about $6,000.00 (as pictured) this Sorbus Product served it's purpose and was lowcost for the quality you get.

It’s huge...56”. Can almost lay flat.
It is currently hanging in my garage because I just wanted to see how it would look/hang.
So far it seems quite sturdy and well-made I won’t know until the summertime how it will endure the elements as I live in Michigan I plan to spray the swing with water resistant spray for extra protection
I was using in on papasan chair in a similar way...got moldy though. The bolster pillow that comes with it was very impressive Not a chintzy flat pillow like I anticipated.
Haning it was easy, just make sure you are in a stud if inside. Does not come with any metal hardware that attaches to the ceiling Get at hardware store. I added a spring as well. Gives it some oommpppfff.
Hurry up and buy it before the price skyrockets. It will. 🤓
Great buy! Was conserved about how sturdy this would be but it worked out great. I weight 115 lbs and can see the metal support ring is slightly bowed. Don’t know if that’s how it came after assembly or if my weight did it. Either way I would buy again!

Quick to assemble, easy to put up. My daughter absolutely loves it. I'm marking it 4 stars because of the color, I expected a bright white but received an off white one.
I want to explain my weird rating I loved this item BUT someone or it became untied on transit I called the company no answer I tried my best as the pictures show but I’m scared it will fall that’s why it is above another outside bed - we praise god everyday for our blessed SC lowcountry life style — so I pray they will response one day with maybe just directions to restring it I’ve asked or at this point just a safe one ! But I have to imagine this is an amazing product I truly think it untied in. Transit or something but I ordered another hanging chair swing and it was PERFECT !

Got it professionally installed in living room. Threw a sheepskin in there and pillows. It’s hands down my best purchase all year. Everyone in the family uses it. Exotic and feels soooo relaxing
