It’s clearly heavy duty, which I really liked. It seems to well and does allow you to secure a hanging chair with a single ceiling stud. However, mine makes an odd clicking noise when rotating which is very disconcerting and almost sounds like it’s going to break. That said, I would recommend I’ve never seen anything as robust as this.
This is holding up really nicely and I like it a lot. The only thing is when you are swinging or turning it is NOT silent. Occasionally it will make a loud sound as if the ball metal is rubbing together against the swivel metal part. Other then that it’s great.
Serious piece of hardware that gives me peace of mind that my kids' hanging chairs won't come crashing through the floor.

This was the perfect swivel hook to use to hang my swinging chair. The rotation is smooth and perfect for a nice gentle rock in the chair
