I was cautious of this at first but I am VERY happy that I bought it. Very easy for my husband and daughter to put together, she is 7. It is also extremely sturdy and the cushions are of good quality. Packaging was perfect and nothing was scratched or dinged. It is heavy so make sure there are two of you to carry it.
This swing has exceeded my expectations. It's just what I wanted and more. We had a big rain storm and left the canopy on. I didn't check on the swing for a couple of days after the storm. The canopy was fine and was still holding water! The material is definitely water resistant. The swing is sturdy, no clinking when we swing, and was relatively easy to assemble. It's just a matter of looking at the pictures and doing what you see. We bought this for my adult daughter who has autism and Down Syndrome. She loves to swing and has a big happy face every time we take her to it. My grandbaby loves it too. We've had 400 lbs. of people sit on it with no troubles. I think the limit is 500. We will test that out this summer. The swing is the perfect addition to our backyard. It's the best thing I've purchased so far this year. I will update this at the end of the summer and show how it has held up.
Arrived days before it was promised. Quality item. Little extra features like color matching plastic covers for bolts. While instructions could be better, each part is tagged making assembly easy. One part arrived damaged but seller offered an immediate, and fair resolution. Buy with confidence.

Impressed with the quality. I wished the cushions were a one piece or that it attached (Velcro or ties) to the base support-these are 3 separate pads. I would recommend.

This swing is exactly as pictured. The difficulty I had with this item initially was in the directions. The directions are pictures, and are labeled with numbers and letters that are in blown up circles. There aren't any definitive steps or directions and it is difficult to read. Each item is labeled and it does come with its own set of tools. I encountered 2 manufacturing defects in the metal around the screw holes, but they were remedied easily enough by chipping off the excess metal with a hammer and screwdriver. Once put together, it was sturdy and had a nice smooth glide. This swing easily accommodates 3 people and the weight limit is 650 lbs.
There was one unique type of bolt missing that I still need to contact the seller to replace and cant seem to find the contact information. It was otherwise easy to assemble with two people. I would have preferred the cushions to be one large cushion as they slip around a lot in both the sitting and laying position when trying to enjoy the swinging motion. However, in spite of those two issues, it is a very enjoyable piece of patio furniture. I am looking for a large cushion to replace the 3 or may have to have one made to fit.
I bought 2 of these swings and I absolutely LOVE them! They arrived on the first estimated day of delivery. I was concerned at first glance of the boxes as they were pretty beat up, but when I opened each box I was impressed that each piece was neatly wrapped and protected in plastic. At first I thought the directions were missing but found them sealed in with the 3 cushions. Each part was neatly labeled with a letter sticker (A, B, C, etc) that corresponded to the instruction diagrams and the screws/bolts/nuts were sealed on a card and each labeled so I was able to put them together easily. I assembled them myself and each took approximately 1.5 hours at most.
The only issue I had was that one of the boxes was missing the bag that contained the 2 springs to hang the swing and one of the knobs to attach the canopy but the company quickly responded to me and had the missing parts sent right out to me. That box did have a hole in it so that tiny bag probably fell out in shipping.
Over all, the swings are beautiful, high quality, very sturdy and everyone loves them. I highly recommend them!
This was a gift to our kids on their 20th wedding anniversary. It was a challenge to put together but we did it and it is beautiful. The brown color will be so much better in the weather and should hold up well. Make sure to compare the bolts to the paper they come in...it was shrink wrapped but came apart and the screws and bolts were all mixed up. I would lay them out and label which is which before getting started.
When tightening a bolt on the large supports, the metal buckled. we loosened it but were left with a divot in the metal? Not sure what that means but surely the metal will hold. We consider this a worthwhile purchase at this time.
The fabric had a few blemishes in it straight out of the box. At one point I even thought it might have been a previously purchased item. But it wasn’t worth trying to stick it all back in the box and haul it out for a return. The assembly was a little tricky. I think the instructions that were provided were universal. That or the product was newer compared to the instructions provided (or vice versa). My neighbor has a similar swing so we called her over and she also got hung up on the same step. We eventually figured it all out on our own. Assembly aside, it has been a great addition to the backyard. Even my daughter that doesn’t like to spend any time outdoors has enjoyed relaxing on it.
