I put this swing on my childrens swingset, so I'd have a comfortable place to sit and read while still being nearby. It looks nice and is comfortable. Does absorb some water after it rains, but is never dripping wet. Birds seem attracted to the wooden bar, which causes us to have alot of bird droppings to clean off. But I have learned to flip the seat over when I'm done so the droppings and wetness are on the bottom, and I can flip it over and sit down without worry. Might have even more trouble with the birds if attaching to a tree as intructions indicate. Hardware is included.

So far, so good. It arrived in just a few days and was super easy to put up because we had an existing baby swing we were upsizing. I left it out for about 2 weeks of rain and we were able to use it on the nice first day. Other than a little wet line in the middle it wasn't saturated like I expected. The main user is my 45lb. daughter, so I will have to let you know how it holds up to regular use and with more weight. Several adults have used it so far. Very comfortable and easy to put up and take down.
Bough this for my daughter and she love it, she felt sleep on it few time already. Good quality for the price.
Nice chair, good price. We bought this for my little girl because we have two larger ones for adults. It's sturdy and has held up well with all of her swinging and spinning. We do not leave it out in bad weather, we just unclip & store it inside so it will last longer. Comfy chair.
