Item arrived VERY well packaged. Sealed and boxed perfectly. The quality is superior to any other cushions/covers I’ve used in the past. I’ve only had them for about 3 months. So far so good. No fading or visible signs of wear. Love them. Would highly recommend them. I’ll update my review in the next few months to confirm the quality is still holding up.
I purchased outdoor cushions from a big box store a few years back and within a few months they were significantly faded. For the past couple of years, I've been trying to find something that looked nice, wouldn't fade, provided ample support and didn't cost a fortune. When I saw these, I pondered buying the cover only and going to Joann's to get the foam insert. I'm so glad I didn't. The foam provided with the cushions is a high quality and provides firm support where I don't feel the metal bars beneath the cushion. They look great and the lighter color is less likely to fade. Definitely worth the price! I'm very happy
Great cushion - very firm. The cover is also nice - a bit plasticky, but also fabricky. It's not at all unpleasant to sit on. It has loops that can help to secure the cushion - a great feature because otherwise it might slide around. I stupidly did not measure quite right, so now I am using this cushion on a bench instead of in the chair I intended it for. I plan to buy the correct size cushion soon.
I have a very large desk chair that is a bit too firm and I wanted little more height on. Was hard to find cushion that fit the full size and this was it. Not thrilled over the price, but at least this will last a longer then my last which didn't fit the dimensions I wanted.
I like this order a lot but one foam cushion is missing. I cannot find a place on the website to report this. The package delivered 8/31 contained only the outer cover. I do not wish to return; I want the missing piece. Thank you

I ordered the wrong size and had to send them back, but I knew I had purchased a quality product and was excited to have the right size. I ordered the dark gray and love the color against my black table and chairs. They are soooo thick and comfy and the fabric is super strong, nice zipper, over all great construction. I am happy I will not have to purchase cushions again in a long time as these are on my front porch out of direct sun and weather. YAY!!!
Extremely well-made product with thoughtful touches like straps with fasteners to keep the cushions in place, and a washable, sun-resistant fabric. The foam is extremely sturdy and comfortable. Our old cushions were four inches thick and these are only three—I was concerned they’d be too thin, but they are actually much more sturdy than the thicker cushions were, even when the old cushions were new. My only complaint is that the fabric choices are all solids. I hope this company has good success with this product and may someday offer some patterns.
We did not expect as high a quality that we received. The foam and the cover were wrapped separately, in very professional packaging. The foam cushion itself has a permanent breathable cover over it and the cover is as good of quality that one could expect. Very happy and, my wife loves the color.
The cushion and cover together are wonderful on our 18" round metal chairs. Don't be discouraged when they look too big, and the cushion likes like it will never fit in the cover. It all comes together and fits, and it's super comfortable.
The quality is way better than all the other pillows I have purchased at the popular furnishing stores. They cost a little more but the quality is worth the price.
