These swing hangers are so good that I wanted to rate them as a 5-star product. After all, they give me confidence that they're going to hold everyone I know—regardless of their weight. The parts are all sturdy stainless steel. However, three downsides force me to deduct one star: (1) The spring-steel "key ring" fasteners are a bitch to install. When standing on a ladder, both of them popped out of the pin hole, and were not to be found. I replaced them with stainless steel retainer cotter pins (not cheap ones), which I believe should come standard with this package. (2) One of the cleats was sprung just wide enough that the cotter pin couldn't pass through the partially closed hole in the restraining pin. I used a vice to tighten the cleat a fraction of an inch. (3) Despite the product description on Amazon, the package did not include the requisite 3-inch lag bolts. So, in addition to buying retainer cotter pins, I forked out more cash for stainless steel bolts. The extra items ran up the total cost of the product another 50%.
I have one more nit to pick: I sorely need one more of these, but am loath to buy two when I have no purpose for a spare. I wish one could by them singly.

Very pleased with the purchase. They are heavy duty hanger which is well made and appears to be made to last a long time. All components are made from 304 stainless steel for use outside. Also supplied with 304 stainless steel anchors for both wood.
