I've loved the product so far. The kids surprised me by putting it together for me but they didn't have any issues. The only difficulty they said was that the parts aren't clearly marked with what they are but it wasn't a problem. We are having a problem moving the canvas under the cushions but I'm going this will loosen up and allow us to move it and give all over support better. We have used this practically every day since it was put together. It's sturdy and comfortable. So far we are very pleased with it.
My husband got this for me for Mother's day, so we haven't been using it long. So far it's lovely. The roof keeps the seat in the shade most of the day and the mesh seats drain well so the seat is dry again quickly after rain. Three seats means the whole family fits, and it feels perfectly stable and safe with all of us on there (over 500lbs with the 4 of us).
The only down side is that it was a beast to assemble. The instructions could have used to be a LOT more broken down. Step 1 is "assemble the frame". Hubs had to disassemble it part way twice because he put a piece on backwards, and he's an engineer. It also came with a few random extra pieces. I still gave it 2 starts because all you need is the included wrench, or (preferably) one socket wrench to assemble the whole thing.
You cannot beat this for the price. It is solid and good size, truly able to fit 3 people. As other reviews said, the directions are a little deficient, but workable. He did have to back up twice to complete assembly. It took him an hour and a half. Even though the box arrived beat up, no parts were damaged or missing. We will buy one for the backyard down the road and also one for my daughter's house. It is a great swing fir the price.
I'm an old woman and easily put this together myself.
The instructions weren't easy to follow but overall once it's together it's amazing! I love it! Would definitely buy again!

I was able to put it together by myself. The cushions are comfortable but they sort of slide all the time. It looks really nice and swings well. It is just what I needed at a good price.
Sturdy so far. Several storms in the last couple of months and it's not budged!
