This chair came exactly as pictured. I was worried about buying a chair that looks cheap and I can assure you this one does not. It is very easy to assemble (5 steps for the base and 5 steps for the chair) but might require two people to fully tighten bolts on chair. Extremely comfortable and my favorite spot in the home.
I bought this for a gift for my sister's birthday and had it mailed to her address. She said they got it up in no time and it's really comfortable. She's looking forward to many evening relaxing swings!

We received our hanging chair and are very happy with it. Customer service responded right away when I had a question about the shipment, it arrives in separate boxes sometimes days apart. It's a great addition to our back patio and the kids love it.

It took 2 guys about an hour to assemble the egg chair. But they had no problems. And it’s not only beautiful, but oh so comfortable too!
This chair is so comfortable!! I originally bought it for the patio, but I placed it in the great rom and decided to leave it there because it quickly became my favorite place to relax.
