Excellent fire pit cover. In past I had ruined pits from rust and weather. Not this go around. In recently ordering a gorgeous fire pit on Amazon AmazonBasics 34-Inch Natural Stone Fire Pit with Copper Accents I wanted to take better care. This cover kept coming up, for best price, great reviews (I read all these reviews, you guys help me order what I end up deciding on, THANK YOU!!) I ordered this hoping it'd fit fine. Well IT DOES! Fits my fire pit perfectly! Very resilient, have used for a few months now -- been through heavy rains, daily garden watering, and blazing sun. Holding up wonderfully, and does not allow a drop of water through, preserving my fire pit. Highly recommend.
I bought this cover in the same order as my fire pit a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait until I had used it for a bit before writing a review. It sits in the sun and weather all day, I've had it for over 2 months now. No problems with it, we use the fire pit every other week or so. It stays nice and tight, keeping the rain out and the wind doesn't blow it off.
Fits perfectly over the Landmann Super Sky Firepit that we bought earlier. It doesn't go over the entire body of the firepit but it goes over the ring part and keeps the rain out.
Well it good but I don't use it for a fire pit, this thing works for a kids water table so bug at night not get in the water so I don't have to dump water out ever day
We have a 34 inch round fire place with a screen dome cover over it and this cover fits great. We were concerned it would be to big but it stays on nicely because of the electric band which hugs the legs. Very please and it is water proof.

My fire pit is 37 1/2" round and 20" high.
While it does not fit as I expected I'm happy with it. The elastic fits snug over the granit top and should hold nicely.
The fabric seems sturdy and I expect it will last.
Update 9/20/18
Cover is holding up better than expected. No holes or tears in it after almost two years in the Florida sun.
I have a Landmann Big Sky Stars & Moons Fire Pit. I have the 12.5 inch deep one. The cover fits over it even with the spark cover on the pit. The cover comes down about two thirds of the way down the side of the bowl. Part of this would vary on which bowl depth Fire Pit you buy. But all I need covered is the top to prevent rain from entering so it doesnt bother me if the whole bowl and legs are covered.
UPDATE after one year. It is November 2010 and the cover is still in very good shape. Still happy with the purchase.
Second Update December 2011. The cover is still in great shape. No tears or rips. I keep it on my firepit year round and the cover gets full sun. Nice cover.
Third update. Its March 2013. The cover is still functional. It seems to be getting a little stiffer but it has no cracks in the fabric.
Update: after having some heavy rains, I went out to see how waterproof this cover really is. Water was pooling in the center since there's nothing to tent it up to encourage run off; but when I pulled it back to remove the water, the rocks in the pit we're 100% dry. Definitely recommend this cover.
Last year, we had to open our gas line at the meter to blow water out of it that had gotten in through the ring holes of our in ground fire pit from heavy rains. I really didn't want to do that again this year, so I bought this cover. So far, it has withstood a pretty heavy storm and has kept the pit from getting wet. Our firepit is about 35 inches in diameter and it fits pretty well and the elastic keeps it snug (we have high winds). Patio chair for extra protection from pesky dogs.
Purchased as a cover for pirate water play table (kind of a pointy oval shape). This is our second purchase. First one held up to Florida sun and rain for over two years before developing a small rip. Our grill covers get less on and off use and didn't last as long as this one.
This has been on my fire pit for well over a month now. It's a little big for my fire pit, but that's ok. It's better than being too small for sure. I am able to tuck the bottom under a little to keep it from blowing away. It has been through tons of wind, rain and blistering sun. It is holding up very well.
You can tell when you receive it the fabric is pretty stout. I am impressed with the durability so far. I have a feeling it will be on the fire pit for a couple of years. It's nice looking too. The color is holding up fairly well, with some slight fading, but again it has had brutally hot sun, so that is to be expected.
I am going to be ready for nice fires this fall when it cools off! I know my fire pit will be in good shape when it's time!
