I'm sure anyone who has owned patio/back yard furniture has gone through the litany of buying and re-buying chair/table/umbrella, et. al., covers that seem to last only a season or so and cost a fortune to boot! Well HUZZAH fellow citizens; the wait and our troubles,... are over! I bought this chair cover by Ravenna because I noticed the many reviews and, did some independent research and realized that they were reduced in price by approx. 40%! Once it arrived, I knew I hadn't made a mistake. They are strong and durable and are made of a medium duck canvas type material with a plastic, completely waterproof backing! We've had atrocious , flood like, weather here in Brooklyn, N.Y., often getting flash flood warnings on the cellphone, and concomitantly,... the skies duly open up!!
Whoa Nellie!! And its been that way all summer long, so this cover has had a trial by flood and fire ( hot afternoon sun afterwards) in alternate proportions! I was so impressed with the quality that I bought 5 more chair covers, a chaise lounge cover and an umbrella cover (which I didn't really need as my old one was one of the few items from the last manufacturer that hasn't given out) but....I wanted the set to match, ya know??
Seriously folks,... this IS SUPER QUALITY build at bargain basement prices. I am almost tempted to buy an extra of everything for when these wear out which I'm sure won't be for at least 3 or more years but, I do believe these things have an expiration date! I think over time (even stored in the sealed plastic bags they come in) that time and exposure to air will eventually be their undoing, so to speak. BUT, I'll probably buy at least a few extra seat covers lest one or two wear out prematurely! Highly recommended!

The vinyl backed nylon is very supple yet hefty. There are substantial straps with substantial nylon buckles that go around each leg and there are two additional elasticized drawstring cords, in front and back, that snug up to hold the cover firmly in place even in the strongest of winds.
There is a covered air vent on the back of the cover to allow the cushions to breathe and not get musty. And there are two substantial nylon grip/handles to make it easy to lift the covers off the furniture.
The seams are all taped over to prevent water from getting through.
I think these are just fantastic. Make sure you measure your furniture and get the correct sized cover.

Love the look and quality construction of these covers. They fit well and I love the taupe color. Received only a month ago so time will tell, but previous reviews looked promising! Would purchase again.
I bought two of these covers for my two balcony comfy chairs this Summer so I would not have to haul the chairs down to the tiny little storeroom in our apartment building. I like the quality of the fabric and the little tie-down straps in all 4 places on the bottom of the cover so the covers are less likely to "take flight" during windy times in the Fall and Winter months. I also like the vented areas to allow the covers to "breathe" during humid weather. We get a whole lot of rain here in the lovely Pacific Northwest region.
Seems like a great product; better than I've had before and less expensive. Time will tell over the summer heat. My others from another manufacturer didn't last 2 years. They also look great and fit just right.
Four covers came in two large boxes. They could have put all 4 in one box!

High quality materials and manufacturing. Like the clip together straps but be prepared to crawl under the chairs to clip these on and off. The pull cord is an unneeded extra for me. Took one star off because the cover is a bit too bulky for our lightweight aluminum chairs. Good for others with larger chairs.
Wow! These patio furniture covers are outstanding. They are oversized...probably more than they need to be. But, they are made from super strong material and they look great. Love them.
Best furniture covers I’ve ever purchased! They were shipped promptly and were totally adjustable - covering table AND chairs! They are under my patio, but we got 3” of rain blowing across them within a couple of days of installing! My furniture was well protected! I would highly recommend these covers!
Quality product. Very happy with construction and fit. Don't think you could find anything better. Only suggestion is I wish there were more color choices.
Very good quality. Love the straps that go around the legs. It is a heavier material than another set I bought. We have lots of wind
and I got tired of chasing the old covers all over the yard. These have withstood the wind and rain very well. The other set only lasted two years, but I think these will last much longer.
