This chair is Very comfortable because the chair seat is carved to fit and the back is at a good angle. Also, the chair is stable and substantial in feel, material and size that is good enough for both outdoor and even inside use if needed. Assembly is fairly easy and quick. (Don't mix up the few 3 different sized screws with a white finished Allen head).(Note, the proper Allen tool comes with the chair's screws). The height of the chair seat allows shorter adults to touch the floor while the deep seat accommodates taller folks. The white color displays well and looks much better than expected as it gives a light feel to a display. This is a nice product.
A very handsome, sturdy and comfortable chair. So good looking that I'm using it in my living room and have ordered 2 more. It's not like the cheap resin chairs that you usually see - this one looks like real wood and weight about the same as a heavy duty wood chair. I love the wide arm rests that make it easy for a senior to get up. Very easy to assemble - just screw in 8 bolts with a supplied tool. I thought the price was high but after seeing and using the product, it's a really good deal.
I ordered 2 of these chairs at the same time, in white. They were shipped from 2 different suppliers, but arrived on the same day. I opened the first one and put it together. Went great, it is an awesome chair, a nice bright white color. When I opened the 2nd one, it was the wrong color. I ordered white, this one was another color choice called whitewash, which is a grayish-white. So I went through the return/exchange process. Brought the wrong chair to UPS and after a couple of days I received the replacement. Again, it was the wrong color, whitewash again, not white, like I ordered. So when I tried to exchange that one, I was not allowed to do it, had to return it and receive an Amazon credit (which I still haven't received yet. I returned the wrong chair on the same day I got it, which was 7 days ago). So now I don't know what to do...I want another white chair and will have the Amazon credit to order one, but I am afraid I will get a third wrong color chair. Both of the whitewash chair boxes were marked "white" so clearly there was an error with whoever labeled the boxes in the factory. Can anybody help me?
This is a nice chair. It was easily put together and it came with the the correct amount of hardware including the wrench needed for the screws. It is nice quality. The only thing I saw was that when I went to sit in it, the slats on the chair had a little 'give' to it. Other than that and the price being a bit steep, a great little chair!
Received well packaged and complete. The component quality was quite good. Only complaint is that holes did not align very well on one of the leg sections so there was a lot of effort required the force things into place to align bolts. One together all was fine.

Excellent chair to complement the Highwood rocker. Study and attractive. I added a drop of sewing machine oil to the bolt threads to ease installation. Shipping was fast and the packing was superior to other Highwood products I have purchased.
Love these patio chairs. They were very easy to assemble. They are very heavy duty and Iove the wide seat. When you sit in them you don’t feel like your gonna fall. Love them.
We had 61 days of rain in 90 days. These look like they are brand new. I'll be buying more! Went together quicker and are very sturdy as we are all over 6 feet tall.

Very nice, sturdy, easy to assemble chairs. The toffee color looks like cedar. We had a little problem with a part on one of the chairs and they answered my email regarding it immediately, and quickly sent out another part to rectify it. Great customer service.
