I ordered the baby crib about 8 weeks ago but it never arrived.For about 6 weeks it is waiting at the airport for customers clearance.To be honest, we do not need the crib anymore because we found something very similar here in germany. So if it arrives we will not keep it.But the customers service is very friendly.

the product never arrived and communicating about getting the refund was very time consuming. The item appeared to be out of stock, but is still offered in the shop. Suggestions: be open and honest about the items you have in stock, to prevent unsatisfied customers, disputes and refunds.
